PAYMENT: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover). All orders must be paid-in-full before we will ship them. We do not accept personal checks. We do not offer open accounts.

PRICES: All prices are F.O.B. Kansas City, MO and are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING: Shipping Charges are not included in your subtotal. We charge actual shipping charges as set by the carrier. These charges are based upon weight and dimensions of the box. This makes shipping amounts fair to you. The amount billed to you will be added to your subtotal. Within the US Car-Car Motorsports works with UPS as a small package carrier and many truck lines for LTL shipments. Ground shipping speed is normal. If you want one day (RED), two day (BLUE), or three day (ORANGE) please add this to the comments section of your order. Extra shipping charges will occur. A $2.50 handling charge will be added to all orders under $30.

BACK ORDERS: We do not cancel back orders unless requested. We do not charge for back ordered items up front unless they are deemed a "special order". When back ordered come back into stock we will call our customer and if the item if still needed only then do we charge your credit card. When out of stock orders come in, back orders are shipped first.

SPECIAL ORDERS: On special orders, a 50% deposit is required. Please allow 30-120 days shipping time on special orders. No returns or refunds are given on special orders.

RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Returns are allowed within 10 days of receipt of goods for full credit or exchange. The merchandise must be in new, unused, in original packaging to be accepted for return. Your original Car-Car Motorsports invoice must be included with the return. All returns must be sent postage prepaid to Car-Car Motorsports. Refund or exchange is limited to merchandise only and will not include postage, handling, or insurance on the original or return shipping. All returns after 10 days will be accepted till 60 days from shipping. These returns will be subject to a 20% restocking charge at Car-Car Motorsports sole discretion. These returns will be for exchange or credit to a Car-Car Motorsports account for use at a later date. Items to be returned because of Car-Car Motorsports error are to be notified to Car-Car Motorsports within 10 days of receipt. PUBLIC ROAD USE: Some items in this catalog and on our web site may not be legal for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle. Car-Car Motorsports performance products are intended for racing vehicles only and are not applicable for use on pollution-controlled street/highway vehicles.


CLAIMS: All claims for damage or missing goods are the responsibility of the carrier. Always check the condition of the merchandise in front of the carrier. All claims must be made to the carrier.
